Bowling Party this Sunday! (6/2)

Even though Anime Nite Orlando is retired doesn't mean we can't be friends. A bowling party has been requested and we are going to do that at Boardwalk Bowl on Sunday June 2nd! It's always great to get together and do this. Even if you don't like bowling, it's still a great time to come and hang out.

As we said at the last Anime Nite Orlando, we wanted to have more hangouts outside of Anime Nite and we have one this Sunday. It's time for members of Propeller Anime and Anime Spot to get together for the annual-ish bowling party at Boardwalk Bowl on E.Colonial Drive! We haven't done this in a while and it's always a fun time.

Anime Spot x Propeller Anime Bowling Funstravaganza!

You might have heard! On Thursday, June 20th, we're bowling at Boardwalk Bowl in east Orlando with our pals at Anime Spot! It shall be a fun time, and with $1 games all night, it shall be an affordable one! Just need to pay for shoes rental, $3.25.

Waldo's Birthday and Going Away Birthday Party this Saturday!

Hell yeah! We need to party and bowl! Because that's fun! Propeller Anime Club is getting together for another fun time! But most important, we say goodbye to a friend and long-time club member.

Corey "Waldo" Waldusky has been in Propeller Anime Club for over three and a half years. After me, he is the longest active member of our club. For that reason, I would like all of you to come out and wish him a final farewell.

We'll be at the Aloma Bowling Centers once again. We plan to do two games so with shoe rentals, it's about $14 a person.

Aloma Bowling also has an arcade, pool tables, a bar, and they serve food. Outside desserts can be brought in.

Feel free to bring friends and other cool people to say hello and goodbye for what may be the last time.

PAC goes bowling on 3/13!

It's time to get together for some bowling fun! It's a great chance for some of the newer members of the club to get more involved and for everyone to just hang out and chill!

Aloma Bowl is five minutes of driving from Full Sail or about 10-15 minutes of walking. Shoe rentals per person cost about $3 and games are $4 per person. So we'll bowl a couple games which means it will cost about $10 per person to play.

If you don't want to bowl and just want to hang out, that is fine! There are pool tables, air hockey, Hydro Thunder, a bar, and concessions.

Outside food is not allowed but things like cake and cookies are okay.

Bowling with Anime Spot on June 26th!

I thought this day would never happen but it is!

If you are interested in bowling, glow in the dark mini-golf, or just having fun with fellow anime fans, you should come to Boardwalk Entertainment Center June 26th at 1pm with Anime Spot and Propeller Anime Club!

This should prove to be a great time and a good chance to get to know people who actually understand the obscure anime jokes you're making all the time.

Bowling - $3.50 / game + tax (game), $3.25 (shoes)
Mini-golf - $4.00 + tax

Outside food is banned, aside from baked goods.

Next Propeller Anime Club meeting on Saturday, February 13th at 1:00 pm!

This Sunday, we shall be doing bowling at Aloma Bowl for Zak's birthday and we shall meet at Aloma Bowl at 1:30 pm! The next regular meeting we have will be on Saturday, February 13th at 1:00 pm at Full Sail University in FS3B-305. This is a slightly different room but in the same building. What is nice is that there are comfy couches outside the classroom if anyone wants to lounge.

We shall finally watch Special Duty Combat Shinesman! This is a 2-episode OVA that parodies sentai/tokusatsu teams such as the Japanese Power Rangers. We actually have it in our possession so awesomeness should occur!

We'll watch more Gungrave since we didn't get to last time along with Guin Saga.

Hopefully, if we are not strapped for time(meaning, no class in that room at 5:00 pm), we can delve into the greatness of Satoshi Kon, director of fine works such as Paprika, Tokyo Godfathers, Perfect Blue, and more! It is a travesty that our club has not watched any of his movies yet and there is nobody to blame for that except me. So I will try to make right on that this month.

If we don't have time, I have a special throwback for some of you new members. I don't think you have seen it yet. Mwahahahaha!

I will also teach you all about White Day and how the Japanese celebrate Valentines Day. In case some of you actually plan to.
