Anime Nite Orlando: Mecha Night (2/21)
Happy February! Actually, it's very happy because we are going with robots this month! It's been a while, and we've done nights dedicated to Gundam, Macross, and Evangelion. On February 21st, we're presenting a fun night of great mecha anime that doesn't follow into the big three franchises.
We'll have a mix of great mecha anime, and we have bucket list items like Mamoru Oshii's Patlabor, Giant Robo, and Battle Angel!

Anime Nite Orlando: Best of 2018 Showcase (1/17)
The year 2018 brought us a wide range of anime, both good and bad. But on Thursday, January 17th at Bikkuri Lounge, we look back on Best of 2018 with our first Anime Nite Orlando of 2019. Best of all, you decide the lineup!
The polls are open now until Tuesday, January 8th at 10:00pm. You pick what you think are the best 3 anime series that premiered in 2018 and we'll add up all the votes and the top 4 anime voted is what we will show!

Anime Nite Orlando w/ Holiday Toy Drive (12/20)
Propeller Anime closes out 2018 with a bang and a great cause. On Thursday, December 20th, we gather at Bikkuri Lounge for Anime Nite Orlando that will also be our annual toy drive.
As we do every December, we will have a toy drive, and once again it will benefit the kids at the Florida Hospital for Children. There are over 200 children that stay at that hospital at a given time. Staying at a hospital during the holidays is a rough time, so let's make it better for these kids.
*** We need you guys to donate any toys, manga, books, blankets, stuffed animals, and any other kid-appropriate items that are in new condition or very close. ***
Since Mamoru Hosoda's Mirai is coming out to theaters soon, our main feature will be a heartwarming film that many consider to be his best: Wolf Children.

Propeller Anime's 12th Anniversary Halloween Party! (10/27)
Propeller Anime turns 12 years old this month and we're celebrating with a house party inside of Bikkuri Lounge. Oh, and it's Halloween so bring your best costume!

Anime Nite of HORROR (10/18)
It's October, which means it's time for Propeller Anime's horror-themed Anime Nite Orlando. This October 18th at Bikkuri Lounge will be a gruesome night, so prepare yourselves!
We'll be showcasing several different horror anime, and the first we're announcing are the best episodes of the Junji Ito Collection! Junji Ito is a famous horror manga artist and this anthology series is features adaptations of many of his stories.

Anime Nite Orlando: Music Anime Night (9/13)
Summer is finally starting to end and Propeller Anime is excited to bring you another special edition of Anime Nite Orlando. On September 13th at Bikkuri Lounge, we'll be presenting a night of music anime.
We will be showcasing several anime with a music as a central theme, and the first we're announcing is Kids on the Slope, directed by Shinichiro Watanabe and composed by Yoko Kanno, who worked together on Cowboy Bebop. But that's not all!

Anime Nite Orlando: It's MANIME! Edition (9/16)
It's been long overdue. Orlando needs it. The world needs it, now more than ever. On August 16th, 2018 at Bikkuri Lounge, Propeller Anime proudly presents a special MANIME edition of Anime Nite Orlando!
We will have a buffet of manliness for you with some of the most hypermasculine in anime! It's one of our most favorite themes and we're glad to do it again. We'll have several anime showcased, including Golgo 13: The Professional, Crying Freeman, and episodes of the brand new Baki the Grappler series!

Anime Nite Orlando: Sports Anime Showcase! (7/19)
it has been demanded for years and Propeller Anime is finally going to do it! On Thursday, July 19th, it's going to be a sports edition of Anime Nite Orlando! There will be a 16-anime tournament bracket vote that will begin on Monday, June 25th.
There will be several rounds of voting until we get to a top 3 or 4, and we will show episodes from those on our next Anime Nite Orlando! Check out the tournament bracket below:

Anime Nite Orlando: Ninja Scroll 25th Anniversary! (6/21)
On Thursday, June 21st at Bikkuri Lounge, Propeller Anime celebrates the 25th anniversary of one of the greatest action films ever at Anime Nite Orlando. That's right! We are showing Yoshiaki Kawajiri's Ninja Scroll!
We'll be showing the the high definition remaster of Ninja Scroll with the English language dub. The movie features explicit content, in the event you have not seen this movie. But that's not all we're showing!

Anime Nite Orlando: Cowboy Bebop 20th Anniversary! (4/19)
On Thursday, April 19th, Anime Nite Orlando celebrates the 20th anniversary of one of the most iconic anime series, Cowboy Bebop! Propeller Anime will celebrate with a marathon at Anime Nite Orlando at Bikkuri Lounge.
Confirmed to be shown will be the first episode and the last two episodes. In-between that, we'll show five episodes chosen by you guys! Vote between now and the end of April 17th on your favorite Cowboy Bebop episodes and the five with the most votes will be what we show!

Anime Nite Orlando feat. In this Corner of the World (2/15)
On Thursday, February 15th, Propeller Anime is proud to present a tremendous film that won critical acclaim all over the world, including the 40th annual Japan Academy Prize for Best Animation, beating out the beloved Your Name. This film we will be showing at the next Anime Nite Orlando will be In this Corner of the World.
In this Corner of the World is directed by Sunao Katabuchi who was an assisstant director on Kiki's Delivery Service and the director of all the Black Lagoon anime. It's a beautifully hand-drawn film with a down-to-earth, insprining story set during World War II.

Anime Nite Orlando: Mecha Night! (11/16)
Propeller Anime is now 11 years strong and we kick things off with a mecha-themed Anime Nite Orlando on Thursday, November 16th at Bikkuri Lounge. We are also taking non-perishable food items to donate to the Second Harvest Food Bank in Orlando to help families in need for Thanksgiving.
This is going to be an exciting night because we are showing the BLU RAY editions of Outlaw Star, The Big O, and Mazinkaiser SKL. These shows are classics and now they look better than ever!

Anime Nite Orlando: Ani-Halloween Edition
Propeller Anime enters the month of Halloween with an Anime Nite Orlando that will feature all kinds of crazy and spooky stuff! (Note: This month's Anime Nite Orlando is on Thursday, October 12th)
We'll will be showing Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood and Corpse Party: Tortured Souls. This ANO will not be for the feint of heart. There may even be a surprise of two!
